Welcome to the Beckman Scholars Symposium on-line registration packet! Please follow the instructions below. We look forward to seeing you at the 2004 Sixth Annual Beckman Scholars Symposium!

How to start:

• Please go to the General Information and Travel Policy links in order to familiarize yourself with that information.

• Then go to the registration form, and please have the following information ready. You will be asked for information which will include:

• Name, address of institution, office phone/home phone, office email /home email, date of arrival/departure (meaning when you will arrive/depart the hotel, not your airline arrival/departure), type of hotel room, smoking or non-smoking,, one bed or two beds, (if you're a speaker you will be asked what A/V equipment you will need for your presentation), you will be asked if you're attending the buffet dinner, if you will bring a spouse or guest, guest's name, dietary restrictions, attending the sit-down dinner?, guest?, Guest's name, and dietary restrictions. Then you will click "submit".

• After registering, please call the Foundation's travel agency "All Direct Travel Services, Inc." and book your flight. PLEASE read the travel policy and general information before you book the flight.

• If you are unsure about any information, please see the Frequently Asked Questions link. If your questions are not addressed, please email the Beckman Scholars Program Administrator.
